Thanks for an absolutely amazing stay at old Japanese Onsen town. The staff are extremely friendly and affable, everyone. The onsite bar is nice, you’ve got to try its strong drinks.

The breakfast was delicious with a good cappuccino and had lots of food. The hotel was placed in the central location in the center of the town. Moreover, it's close to the train station, the restaurants, and on the main střet of Shibu Onsen.

It had an unbeatable and wonderful location close enough to bus stops for visiting the snow monkey park & snow sport areas, and Koishiya. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly...

Very central location of this authentic hotel was a bonus. It was set close to restaurants and cafés.

Breakfast was sensational, relaxing views, wonderful location next to the snow monkey park in Jigokudani and the nearest train station. The staff were eager to help, they care about everyone. We had a comfortable bedroom. There was cosy interior.

The room I stayed in was vintage and well-equipped with heater, private bathrooms, robes. The location of the hotel was fantastic - within a close distance from Shiga Kogen Ski Area.

Came in Yamanouchi to relax and have fun, this traditional hotel was easy base for doing it. Location: the venue was short walk to the restaurants in the area as well as the resturant and reception.

Cheap, large rooms, comfortable bed, very amiable staff. Incredible, magnificent location in Yamanouchi, right by the township and on the main střet of Shibu Onsen;)))

The whole hotel was impeccably clean and the staff was knowledgeable and best. The personnel were eager to help. The food was outstanding, drinks were alcoholic. The location was amazing and particularly good, really close to many restaurants and the Monkey park and shiga kogen ski area. Shibu Onsen district was worth exploring.
